We’re looking for a dependable Production Operator to join our Packaging & Labeling Department — a hands-on role perfect for someone who values accuracy, teamwork, and doing things right the first time.

Shift Details - Enjoy a consistent schedule and long weekends every week!

1st Shift: Monday - Friday

Hours: 7:00 a.m - 5:00 p.m. (Four 10-hours shifts)

What You’ll Do

As a Production Operator, you’ll play a key role in the final steps of our production process — ensuring every product that leaves our facility is packaged, labeled, and documented to meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Operate and monitor packaging and labeling equipment to ensure smooth, efficient production
• Follow batch production orders and standard operating procedures with precision
• Perform in-process quality checks to verify accuracy, labeling, and product integrity
• Retrieve, weigh, and prepare packaging materials and components as required
• Accurately complete all documentation and logs for each batch run
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Report any irregularities or abnormal conditions immediately to supervision
• Contribute ideas for continuous improvement and support department goals
• Focus on 'Right the First Time' results — accuracy and consistency in every task

What We’re Looking For

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education a plus
• Experience: Manufacturing or packaging experience preferred (training available)

Skills & Abilities:

• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely
• Basic math and mechanical aptitude
• Comfortable working with both American and metric measurement systems
• Dependable, safety-minded, and quality-focused
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn

Physical & Work Environment

• Regular standing, walking, bending, and lifting (up to 35 lbs)
• Work performed in a clean, temperature-controlled facility
• Protective gear provided; minimal exposure to dust and particulate matter
