Customer Service Specialist (Remote)

Position Summary

Leading online travel platform offering a full range of services including airline bookings, hotel reservations, car rentals, and vacation packages seeks a Customer Service Specialist for this fully remote position.

In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and contribute to an exceptional customer experience.

Primary Duties

  • Address customer questions through phone, chat, and email, delivering prompt and precise information about travel-related services.
  • Support customers with alterations to reservations, cancellations, and manage other travel-related requests.
  • Assist users with questions or issues related to navigating and utilizing the app effectively.
  • Escalate complex issues to relevant teams, monitoring progress to guarantee customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize CRM to record and manage customer interaction details accurately.
