Customer Service Specialist (Remote)

Primary Duties
- Address customer questions through phone, chat, and email, delivering prompt and precise information about travel-related services.
- Support customers with alterations to reservations, cancellations, and manage other travel-related requests.
- Assist users with questions or issues related to navigating and utilizing the app effectively.
- Escalate complex issues to relevant teams, monitoring progress to guarantee customer satisfaction.
- Utilize CRM to record and manage customer interaction details accurately.
