Your U-Lead Role: How You’ll Make an Impact
As the DevOps Engineer, you will design, build, and maintain the infrastructure and pipelines that support our software development lifecycle. You will be a champion for automation, ensuring our development teams can deliver high-quality applications quickly and reliably, from code commit to production deployment.

- Empower & Equip: Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps to automate the build, testing, and deployment of applications and infrastructure.
- Foster Community: Collaborate closely with development and IT operations teams to break down silos, streamline workflows, and create a seamless software delivery lifecycle.
- Champion Success: Implement and manage comprehensive monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure the health, security, and performance of our cloud environment.
- Innovate & Collaborate: Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions to create consistent, repeatable, and secure cloud environments in Azure.
- Drive Results: Write clean, efficient scripts and serverless functions (e.g., Azure Function Apps) using Python and C# to automate operational tasks and integrate systems.
The U-Lead Mindset - What You Bring to Our Community
Required Qualifications:
