What You’ll Do

• Greet and engage customers inside a retail store

• Start friendly, professional conversations

• Share basic information about roofing and solar benefits

• Identify interested customers and schedule free home consultations

• Enter and track appointments in our system

• Meet weekly appointment goals

• Represent Iron Peak with professionalism and consistency

What We’re Looking For

• Outgoing, friendly personality

• Strong communication skills

• Professional, dependable, and comfortable speaking with customers

• Ability to stand during shifts

• Motivated by goals and performance bonuses

• Retail, customer service, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus

• Reliable transportation and consistent availability
