We are hiring a Website Designer who can confidently take client websites from concept → draft → revisions → completion with minimal hand-holding, while maintaining the Cherry Picked look, feel, quality and customer service.

You should be:

• Creative but structured
• Detail-oriented and deadline-friendly
• Able to design clean, modern, minimalist chiropractic websites
• Comfortable communicating professionally with clients
• Great at keeping projects organized
• Work well with others and answering to leadership
• Proficient with
• UX/UI Principles
• Canva
• Different website design platforms (or the ability & openness to learn them)
• Branding & Visual Consistency
• Copy Layout & Visual Storytelling
• High-Level SEO Layout Skills
• Working With Your Workflow & Systems

You should be able to do majority of the items below:

Website Design & Development

• Build custom website design.
• Customize branding, tone, and client goals.
• Optimize layouts for conversions (CTAs, flow, structure).
• Handle revisions efficiently and professionally.
• Prepare all final deliverables before launch.

Client Interaction

• Attend or review onboarding notes.
• Communicate clearly and kindly with clients.
• Implement feedback without losing design integrity.
• Help guide clients through decisions when needed.

Project Management

• Keep deadlines on track.
• Organize tasks inside ClickUp
• Collaborate effectively with you or your team.

Compensation is Per-Project

• Great for those wanting a more flexible work environment and schedule.
• $500–$1,200 per site depending on complexity
• Bonuses for quick turnaround or exceptional feedback
