Main Objectives of the Customer Service Representative:

  • Greet customers in-person at community activations with warmth and professionalism.
  • Explain our client’s telecom services, products, and promotions in an engaging, understandable way.
  • Convert conversations into sales while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
  • Handle customer questions, concerns, and objections tactfully to build trust and satisfaction.
  • Track customer interactions, sales data, and feedback to support team performance.
  • Assist with sales logistics collaborating with fellow Customer Service Representatives and Sales teams
  • Participate in team huddles and share insights on customer engagement strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotional campaigns to better assist customers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1,100.00 - $1,300.00 per week
