About the Role

We’re looking for Senior ServiceNow Developers / Team Leads to join our growing US team in Baltimore. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a newly established team with excellent growth potential. You’ll play a key role in shaping ServiceNow solutions, leading developers, and ensuring high-quality, scalable outcomes.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of ServiceNow developers.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable, high-quality solutions.
• Drive system architecture and design discussions, ensuring best practices.
• Support IT data integrity across CMDB, HAM, SAM, and related areas.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver integrated, enterprise-grade solutions.

About You

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience with exposure across multiple modules.
• Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• Strong background in system architecture, design principles, and technical reviews.
• Familiarity with third-party integrations commonly used with ServiceNow.
• Excellent leadership skills, with a track record of mentoring and guiding teams.
• Strong communicator with the ability to explain technical solutions simply and clearly.
