Qualifications required:
5+ years of NOC experience
Years of Network Monitoring for alerts
Years each of SPLUNK, SCOM, Dynatrace, Solarwinds
Trend Analysis of network issues
Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science or Tech-related degree)
The individual will be responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining analytical models and technical/monitoring solutions to support the organization. This role combines data analysis and technical expertise to drive insights, streamline business processes, and ensure the smooth operation of high availability financial transaction platforms. The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams, leverage innovative monitoring tools, and technical specialists. They must have the ability to implement rules and alerts on various tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk, Solarwinds and SCOM.
Qualifications desired:
Strong Attention to detail for identifying issues or anomalies
Good communication skills for reporting and collaboration
Problem-Solving abilities and adaptability in high-pressure situations
Advanced troubleshooting skills for technical issues
Advanced understanding of data analysis and reporting
Familiarity with industry specific software or platforms
Hands on experience working with Dynatrace, Splunk or similar observability tools
Strong skills for querying and analyzing large log files
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Splunk Dashboards, Dynatrace Data Explorer, ServiceNow Event Management Dashboard, AWS monitoring tools)
Familiarity with data mining and trending analysis
