Open Positions:

Sales Account Executive $24/hr + Commission | 9:30 AM – 6 PM, M–F (rotating weekends)

• Drive new business through research, outreach, and referrals
• Deliver consultative sales presentations and achieve sales KPIs
• Outbound B2B sales experience and CRM proficiency required

Customer Account Specialist $22–$25/hr | Full-Time

• Manage client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and growth
• Collaborate with Operations to resolve client issues
• 5+ years customer service experience; 2+ years in client management

Customer Account Representative $19.23/hr | Full-Time

• Set up and maintain client accounts; handle requests
• Review support cases and recommend process improvements
• 1+ year customer support experience; CRM familiarity preferred

Billing Specialist $21/hr | 9 AM – 5:30 PM, M–F

• Manage full-cycle B2B billing and reconciliations
• Respond to client billing inquiries and support collections
• 3–5 years billing/AR experience; CRM and Excel proficiency required

Customer Service Manager Starting at $58,000 | In-office, Margate, FL

• Lead and inspire a call center team; foster positivity and accountability
• Drive KPIs, analyze performance trends, and implement improvements
• 5+ years of customer service experience, including 2+ years in leadership
