Overview
We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee our company's IT department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our IT systems, ensuring their smooth operation, and leading a team of IT professionals.
Duties
- Provide technical support and guidance to the IT team
- Manage and maintain Cisco routers and other networking equipment
- Oversee IT projects from initiation to completion
- Implement and maintain IT service management practices
- Utilize ITIL framework for efficient IT service delivery
- Ensure information security protocols are in place and up to date
- Demonstrate strong time management skills to meet project deadlines
- Manage DHCP configurations and troubleshoot network issues
- Offer desktop support to end-users as needed
- Lead the IT team with effective leadership skills
Requirements
- Proven experience in IT project management
- Strong background in technical support and network administration
- Familiarity with information security best practices
