Job Summary
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Booking Consultants to join our dynamic team. This fast-paced role involves engaging with customers, managing bookings, and providing exceptional service in a retail or hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and be capable of handling multiple responsibilities efficiently. Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve a diverse clientele. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals interested in retail sales, customer service, and sales-driven roles.

Duties

• Manage customer bookings and reservations accurately using POS systems
• Assist customers with product demos and provide detailed information about services or products
• Upsell additional services or products to enhance customer experience and increase sales
• Supervise and coordinate with team members to ensure smooth operations
• Perform cashiering duties including cash handling, processing payments, and balancing registers
• Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves and organizing displays
• Provide excellent customer service through effective phone etiquette and in-person interactions
• Conduct retail sales activities, including promoting products and assisting with product selection
• Support inventory management by stocking and organizing merchandise in the store or showroom
• Ensure a welcoming environment by maintaining cleanliness and organization of the sales area

Skills

• Proven experience with POS systems and cashiering procedures
• Supervising experience in retail or service environments preferred
• Ability to conduct product demos confidently and persuasively
• Bilingual skills to communicate effectively with a diverse customer base
• Strong phone etiquette and communication skills for engaging with clients over the phone
• Skilled in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
• Knowledge of merchandising, stocking, and retail math principles
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
• Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately and performing retail math calculations
• Experience in grocery store or retail sales environments is advantageous
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.44 - $29.43 per hour
