Job Purpose
As a Software Administrator/Developer with a focus on ERP, you will be responsible for administering, designing, and customizing our multi-subsidiary enterprise software platform. This role involves collaborating with IT and key business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and implement scalable enhancements. Your expertise in business processes, software development, scripting, and integrations will be critical for optimizing workflows, improving user experience, and ensuring data integrity across the organization.
The list of duties is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other tasks and responsibilities as management may deem necessary.
Software Administration
- Manage system configuration, security, and data integrity, including user roles and permissions.
- Oversee upgrades, patches, and integrations with third-party applications.
- Provide technical support and training while staying current on enterprise software updates.
- Collaborate with end-users to gather and document requirements for system enhancements and improvements.
Development and Scripting
- Design and maintain custom forms, workflows, scripts, and automation to optimize business processes.
- Develop and manage integrations with external systems and in-house applications.
- Ensure code quality, scalability, and performance of custom solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and outside consultants to design, implement, and test customizations.
Data Analytics and Reporting:
- Use data analytics tools like Infor Birst to build and manage BI dashboards, reports, and data models integrated with Infor SyteLine.
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs to support business intelligence.
- Utilize analytics tools for actionable insights and data-driven decision-making.
- Deliver data visualization solutions for improved accessibility and understanding.
General

Qualifications, Education, Experience, Skills

- 3+ years of experience in enterprise software administration and development - Infor Syteline (CloudSuite Industrial), including core modules for manufacturing, financials, CRM, Service, etc.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- Proven ability to implement customizations, integrations, and manage system upgrades.
- Strong understanding of ERP workflows and automation scripting.
- Experience with APIs, web services, and third-party integrations.
- Proficiency in SQL; familiarity with JavaScript, Mongoose, and C#.
- Proficiency in data analytics, reporting tools, and BI platforms.
- Solid grasp of software development best practices (code quality, scalability, performance).
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience with Infor tools (ION, MEC, IDM) for integrations and document management.
- Experience maintaining an ERP in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools and advanced reporting techniques.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and Agile environments.
- Professional, adaptable, and confident in representing the company.
- Experience with change management methodologies to drive collaboration, negotiation, and strategic thinking.
Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
