We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Inside Sales Account Manager to join our team. Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential and existing clients through warm calling, nurturing relationships to identify their needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Develop new business opportunities by proactively reaching out to prospects, conducting outreach campaigns, and leveraging marketing insights.
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction while identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue.
  • Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service agreements to secure mutually beneficial deals that align with company goals.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, technical sales, and account management teams to deliver comprehensive solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track interactions, update account information, and analyze sales data for strategic planning.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our technology offerings and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions and stay ahead of market developments.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, technology sales, or account management with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities to influence decision-makers confidently.
  • Identify, engage, and secure new reseller partnerships by conducting structured cold calling campaigns and professional email outreach.
  • Demonstrated success in business development through warm calling and outreach strategies.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines.
  • Knowledge of marketing principles and how they integrate into the sales process to generate leads and nurture prospects.
  • Analytical skills to assess market data, identify trends, and develop strategic approaches for growth.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
