Established (and growing!) manufacturing company has an opening for an IT Manager.

Duties:
- Manage and direct the IT / programming activities within an engineering/manufacturing company (will have 5 direct reports – includes software programmers, ERP developer, IT tech, and network administrator)
- Provide strategic and operational leadership for all company information technology and programming activities
- Ensure IT resources align with and enhance business processes
- Develop innovative and secure technologies (include AI and automaton) that will enable long-term growth
- Manage/supervise department personnel – includes allocating work, hiring, terminating, training, conducting reviews, etc.
- Work with company’s ERP system (Infor Syteline) as well as Microsoft network systems
- Coordinate the development and modification of custom software
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in an IT-related discipline –Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems (MIS), Business Administration, etc.
- 5+ years of IT experience within a manufacturing environment
- 2+ years of supervision/management of IT and programming personnel
- Strong experience working with ERP systems (Syteline a plus, but not required)
- Strong Microsoft network systems experience
- Experience with AI-driven analytics, automation tools, or machine learning applications in business or manufacturing processes
- Strong communication skills
- Experience improving system reliability and security
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
