•        Cybersecurity & Risk Management: Formulated and executed robust corporate cybersecurity and cyber-defense strategies that mitigated intrusion attempts by 99.8%, significantly strengthening the organization’s security posture. Additionally, I designed and launched the company-wide IT safe-behavior program that elevated employee awareness and fostered a security culture across all internal areas.

•        IT Governance & Compliance: Directed the design and implementation of the IT governance model based on the COBIT framework reaching 97% accuracy and reliability assessed by internal, external and regulatory audits

•        Enterprise Improvement: Drove the SAP transformation program (ERP, BI, GRC) for 1.500 users across 2 companies achieving strategic alignments between the process control and financial and operational objectives, reducing their execution times by 20% and decreasing SOX compliance gaps by 25%. This project was award by SAP User Community in Colombia (ASUG) in 2014 (Winning Project).

•        Innovation: Led the plant’s operation optimization program by deploying AI-driven models and advance enterprise analytical platforms generating saving of over US $ 9M annually while significantly enhancing production efficiency.

Oversee and manage the full lifecycle of IT solutions and telecommunications services for Diveo’s corporate clients, including evaluation, provisioning, deployment, and maintenance of management and monitoring platforms.
