Job Summary
The Information Technology department maintains hardware, software, and network configuration for over 200 employees and a broad regional IoT network that integrates products, services, and analytics capabilities. We are looking for an individual with a good mix of technical experience including networking, system administration, and end-user desktop support.
Key Responsibilities:

Configure and manage software and hardware related to LANs, WANs, firewall, VPNs, and wireless networking.

Configure and manage physical and virtual servers (VMWare) and storage in a cloud/host mixed environment.

Configure and manage hybrid Active Directory, M365 tenant, and InTune.

Perform end-user desktop support including Windows 11 PC deployment and troubleshooting and software installations.

Manage and support the organization’s information security efforts, using best practices and procedures to protect data from intrusion, loss, and corruption.

Assist with disaster recovery and business continuity planning.

Occasional regional travel (Washington/Oregon) to provide IT support as needed.

Contributes to 24x7 on-call rotation within the IT department.

Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer or related field and a minimum of 5 years related experience/training OR equivalent combination of education and experience.

3-5+ or more years of experience as team lead.

Experience configuring and managing software and hardware related to Cisco and Juniper switches, LANs, WANs, firewall, physical and VMWare servers.

Experience with helpdesk, end user support, and Windows PC deployments and knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM).

Experience managing on premise Active Directory and M365 Tenants

Knowledge of Amazon Web Services including EC2 and elastic disaster recovery

Demonstrated problem-solving, creative thinking, and communication skills.

Ability to communicate with end users and corporate leadership using non-IT terms.

Experience managing and supporting the organization’s information security efforts.

This role is required to be on site at least 3 days per week. Must be willing to work occasional additional hours on weekends or occasional evening hours when needed.

Standard IT certifications are a plus including CompTIA, CCNA, ITIL, AWS, etc.
