Job Title: Digital Marketing Technology Specialist – Front-End Web (UX/Design Focus)
Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid – Onsite 3 days per week)
Duration & Type: Long-term contract

Chamberlain Advisors is partnering with a global organization to identify a Digital Marketing Technology Specialist focused on front-end web development with a strong UX and design orientation. This role supports digital marketing initiatives across websites, mobile apps, and email platforms. What You Will Be Accountable For
  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, project managers, and developers to bring digital experiences to life across web, mobile, and email platforms.
  • Execute and maintain front-end development projects including personalized web and mobile experiences using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS components.
  • Provide technical guidance on responsive design and usability across various digital properties.
  • Conduct quality assurance on websites and emails prior to launch.
  • Support design consistency by contributing to and maintaining the organization’s Design System.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve front-end issues while escalating more complex technical problems when needed.
  • Mentor junior team members on front-end techniques and standards.
What Qualifications You Need
  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience in a digital marketing, creative agency, or in-house technical team supporting complex web and mobile interfaces.
  • Proficiency in front-end development (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript/JSON/XML).
  • UX/UI experience with a strong eye for detail and rapid prototyping.
  • Familiarity with tools and platforms such as:
    • Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
    • Salesforce & Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio)
    • Google Cloud Platform (GCP), AWS
    • Workfront, Jira, and Confluence
  • Experience integrating 3rd-party APIs and authentication methods is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of responsive design and accessibility best practices.
  • Strong verbal, written, and visual communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a Scrum/Agile environment.
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage timelines independently and prioritize under pressure.
  • Positive, flexible attitude and highly collaborative working style.
