Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.

10+ years of experience in IT project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing global projects and managing project portfolios.

Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale, complex IT projects and managing an IT project portfolio in a global environment.

PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certifications required. Portfolio management certifications (e.g., PfMP) are a plus.

Six Sigma (any-level) certification a plus.

Strong understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, digital transformation strategies, and project portfolio management (PPM) principles.

Proven ability to work effectively across diverse cultures and manage teams in a global environment.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Proficiency in project management and portfolio management tools (e.g., MS Project, Clarity PPM, JIRA, Smartsheet, and Asana).
