Job Summary
We are seeking a hands-on DevOps Engineer to support and enhance our cloud infrastructure within the Issuer Solutions group. This role focuses on maintaining and optimizing Azure-based environments, managing Kubernetes clusters, and improving CI/CD pipelines that support mission-critical applications (APS 360 and Collections).
This is an infrastructure- and operations-focused DevOps role. The ideal candidate is experienced in cloud environments, automation, and production support, with a strong understanding of CI/CD processes and containerized environments. This position includes participation in an on-call rotation to support production systems.

Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and optimize CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins-driven)
  • Maintain and support Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure
  • Manage and support Kubernetes (K8s) environments (cluster support and optimization, not greenfield setup)
  • Identify, assess, and remediate cloud security vulnerabilities
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell and Bash
  • Collaborate with infrastructure and development teams to improve deployment processes
  • Support application release cycles and production stability
  • Maintain system documentation and operational procedures
  • Participate in an on-call rotation to support production environments
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve automation, reliability, and performance

Requirements
Required Experience & Skills

  • 4+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure infrastructure and services
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Azure DevOps and YAML pipelines
  • Experience with Docker and containerization
  • Infrastructure as Code experience
  • Experience identifying and mitigating cloud vulnerabilities
  • 4+ years of experience working with Kubernetes environments
  • Strong knowledge of Linux-based systems
  • Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Bash)
  • Experience managing production cloud infrastructure
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues using a logical, process-oriented approach
  • Strong documentation and communication skills

Pay: $70.00 - $80.00 per hour
