In this role, you’ll combine customer care with consultative sales, turning questions into solutions and conversations into lasting relationships. Whether it’s helping someone upgrade their products and services, answering questions about mobile plans, or ensuring a seamless enrollment process, the Entry Level AT&T Assistant will be at the center of it all-shaping the way people connect, work, and play.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities of the Entry Level AT&T Assistant:

• Be the first point of contact for customers-answering questions, resolving issues, and recommending tailored service plans.
• Provide expert advice on AT&T’s latest products and services, matching customers with the right solutions based on their needs.
• Handle the complete sales process- from first interaction to post-sale follow-up to ensuring accuracy, satisfaction, and security every step of the way.
• Build rapport, establish trust, and leave each customer feeling supported, informed, and excited about their service.
• Identify opportunities to upgrade services, promote new offers, or recommend additional solutions that add value to the customer.

Background and Qualifications of the Entry Level AT&T Assistant:

• High school diploma or GED
• Reliable, punctual, and organized
• A people-first mindset- you care about making someone's day better
• Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify technical details
• A professional, friendly, and confident presence

Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is a big plus (but not required-we provide full training!)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $750.00 - $1,300.00 per week
