Town Pump is looking for a Manager of IT Infrastructure to lead our core on-premises and cloud operations—including networks, servers, storage, identity, and endpoints—for our Retail, Casino, Hotel, Car Wash, Construction, and Corporate teams. This role blends hands-on technical leadership with team management, program delivery, and vendor governance to keep our enterprise secure, reliable, and cost-effective.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and mentor a high-performing infrastructure team.
- Oversee day-to-day reliability of network, data center, and cloud platforms.
- Drive the infrastructure roadmap—network upgrades, Windows lifecycle, telephony/UC, identity & access, and hybrid-cloud initiatives.
- Manage budgets, vendors, and SLAs for infrastructure services.
- Partner with security and business leaders to align IT priorities with enterprise needs.
- Champion automation and Infrastructure-as-Code to improve speed and consistency.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years in infrastructure/operations roles (2+ years leadership preferred).
- Expertise in networking, Windows Server/Active Directory/Azure AD, identity & access, endpoint management, backup/DR, and monitoring.
- Hands-on hybrid-cloud experience (Microsoft 365/Azure; AWS or equivalent).
- Strong ITIL, vendor, and budget management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree and/ or 6+ years equivalent experience.
Additional Information
- Based at the Butte corporate office with periodic travel to Montana and Idaho locations as needed.
- Participates in and leads the infrastructure on-call rotation; accountable for after-hours response expectations per policy.
- May require occasional evening/weekend work for maintenance windows or site cutovers.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
