Position Overview: As an Application Architect at iAdeptive Technologies, you will be a pivotal force in shaping the architecture and technical direction of our software applications. Leveraging your deep understanding of technology trends, system design, and software engineering principles, you will guide the development teams to create robust, scalable, and innovative solutions. Your strategic thinking and technical expertise will contribute to the successful delivery of high-quality software products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architecture Design: Lead the design of application architectures that align with business goals, scalability requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership to development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural guidelines and promoting the use of best practices.
  • Solution Evaluation: Assess and recommend technologies, frameworks, and tools that enhance the development process and improve application performance.
  • Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical solutions.
  • System Integration: Design solutions that seamlessly integrate with existing systems and APIs, ensuring data flow and consistency.
  • Scalability and Performance: Ensure applications are designed to handle high loads, and define strategies for performance optimization and scalability.
  • Security and Compliance: Embed security and compliance measures into the architecture to safeguard sensitive data and meet industry standards.
  • Code Reviews and Quality Assurance: Oversee code reviews to ensure adherence to architectural standards, coding conventions, and quality guidelines.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain architectural documentation, including diagrams, design decisions, and guidelines.
  • Mentoring and Training: Coach and mentor development teams, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.

Qualifications:

  • United States Citizen or Green Card Holder
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting the federal government, experience with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services a plus
  • Proven experience as an Application Architect or in a similar role.
  • Strong background in software development and architecture design.
  • Proficiency in various programming languages and software design patterns.
  • Expertise in system integration, API design, and microservices architecture.
  • In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms and services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to lead and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $110,000.00 per year
