We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide essential technical support to our staff, ensuring smooth operations across various IT systems. Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware and software issues across the organization.
• Manage and troubleshoot desktop environments to ensure optimal performance.
• Assist with computer networking tasks to maintain connectivity and security.
• Utilize ticketing systems to track support requests and resolutions.
• Communicate effectively with users to understand their technical needs and provide solutions.
• Analyze system performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain documentation of IT processes and procedures for future reference.

Education Skills, and Experience

• Proven experience in desktop support or technical support roles.
• Strong knowledge of computer networking concepts and practices.
• Familiarity with MAC operating system and common desktop software applications.
• Familiarity with Networking, AV Equipment, VoIP is desirable
• Experience with O365
• Excellent communication skills to interact with users at all levels.
• Ability to analyze problems effectively and provide timely solutions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
