We are seeking a Junior Systems Administrator who wants to grow into a high-impact technical leader within a rapidly scaling organization.

Position Overview

The Junior Systems Administrator will support and maintain Green Lending’s core systems infrastructure, loan origination software, CRM, POS platform, and internal technology environment. This role works directly with executive leadership and operations to ensure uptime, security, automation, and continuous improvement across all systems.

This is an opportunity to learn enterprise mortgage technology inside a fast-growing lender.

Key ResponsibilitiesSystems & Infrastructure

· Support user account provisioning and permissions management (Microsoft Entra ID)

· Maintain endpoint security and access controls

· Support network equipment and office infrastructure

· Monitor system performance and uptime

· Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues

Mortgage Technology Stack

· Assist with ICE Encompass system administration

· Help maintain custom fields, forms, input triggers, and business rules

· Support Polly pricing engine integrations

· Support Insellerate CRM administration and workflow automation

· Support nCino Point of Sale configuration and user management

· Work with compliance to ensure regulatory system alignment

Automation & Process Improvement

· Help develop workflow automations across platforms

· Support document management and structured data mapping

· Assist with system integrations and vendor implementations

· Identify inefficiencies and propose scalable solutions

Security & Compliance

· Assist in maintaining cybersecurity best practices

· Support business continuity planning and disaster recovery testing

· Help monitor user access logs and audit trails

· Participate in vendor due diligence processes

QualificationsRequired

· 1–3 years of IT support or systems administration experience

· Familiarity with identity and access management systems (Entra ID preferred)

· Strong troubleshooting skills

· Ability to document processes clearly

· Strong communication skills

Preferred

· Experience with mortgage systems (Encompass preferred)

· Experience supporting CRM platforms (Insellerate preferred)

· Exposure to POS systems (nCino preferred)

· Basic knowledge of networking concepts

· Exposure to cybersecurity best practices

· Familiarity with scripting or automation tools

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
