Job description

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: High School diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Experience: 8-10 years of IT operations experience required. Equivalent experience and/or certifications may substitute for degree requirements.
  • Proficient in Active Directory, Windows Server, and Windows 10/11 operating systems.
  • Experience with Microsoft Configuration Manager Console (SCCM); MS Intune experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with supporting Office 365, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom.
  • Experience with iPhone support using MDM solutions.
  • Skilled in troubleshooting multi-factor authentication tools such as YubiKeys.
  • Knowledge of VMware Horizon VDI and remote desktop connectivity solutions like BeyondTrust, Microsoft RDP, and Zscaler.

Certifications (Required):

  • A+
  • Security+
  • ITIL
