Job description
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: High School diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Experience: 8-10 years of IT operations experience required. Equivalent experience and/or certifications may substitute for degree requirements.
- Proficient in Active Directory, Windows Server, and Windows 10/11 operating systems.
- Experience with Microsoft Configuration Manager Console (SCCM); MS Intune experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with supporting Office 365, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom.
- Experience with iPhone support using MDM solutions.
- Skilled in troubleshooting multi-factor authentication tools such as YubiKeys.
- Knowledge of VMware Horizon VDI and remote desktop connectivity solutions like BeyondTrust, Microsoft RDP, and Zscaler.
Certifications (Required):
- A+
- Security+
- ITIL
