The Opportunity

We're seeking detail-oriented Cleaning Specialists who value excellence and take ownership of their work. You'll be creating perfectly prepared spaces in luxury vacation homes and Airbnbs throughout the Bozeman area.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute cleanings according to detailed property checklists
• Maintain and restock supplies to prescribed levels
• Report maintenance issues or damage discovered during cleaning
• Process lost and found items according to company protocol
• Document completion of cleaning tasks in our app
• Verify properties are guest-ready before departure
• Occasional errands and administrative tasks related to properties

Our Ideal Candidate

• Takes ownership of their work from start to finish
• Maintains exceptional attention to detail in every task
• Verifies their work meets high standards before marking complete
• Communicates clearly and professionally
• Works well independently and as part of a team
• Has previous residential or vacation rental cleaning experience

Schedule & Logistics

• Typical shifts between 11am-4pm, 7 days a week (flexible scheduling)
• Use our user-friendly Breezeway app to track assignments
• Drive your personal vehicle (with mileage reimbursement) or use our company car
• $100 bonus upon successful completion of 3-day training
