Software Developer (Puerto Rico – Hybrid)

Description:

This role is open to developers at all experience levels — junior, mid-level, or senior.

Core Technical Requirements (Must Have the Basics):

• Working knowledge of C# / .NET
• Experience with SQL, including queries, joins, and basic performance concepts
• Familiarity with Azure, or a strong willingness to learn cloud infrastructure
• Front-end experience with Angular and/or TypeScript
• Understanding of how web applications work end-to-end (frontend ↔ backend ↔ database)

Nice to Have (Not Required):

• Experience shipping or maintaining production applications
• Exposure to APIs, background jobs, or system integrations
• Familiarity with Git, version control, and basic deployment workflows
• Previous experience in a startup or small-team environment
