Job Summary

Join our our brand new team located in Chicago! We are looking for an IT Deployment Manager to assist with device management and throughout the device life cycles.

*Must be willing to commute to configuration facility in Elk Grove Village*

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT support team
• Be the point of contact when it comes to technical escalations
• Provide support where needed for both internal and external customers
• Onboard all new technical support team members
• Ensure all customer inquiries and issues are solved correctly and in a prompt manner
• Review all technical support related processes and documentation for continuous improvement

Qualifications

• College Degree preferred but not required. Business Administration or Technology Related fields preferred. (Successfully completed college courses or technical trades courses are beneficial to the role)
• Experience in supervising configuration and deployment technicians responsible for laptop and PC configuration, specifically Chromebook White Glove enrollment, Windows imaging, Intune, Autopilot
• Experience in K-12 education environments, specifically student and teacher device configuration and deployment
• An Interest and desire to learn audiovisual field and technology is highly encouraged.
• Experience in supervising or conducting warehouse operations, inventory, shipping and receiving, and coordinating deliveries
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Energy, enthusiasm, tenacity and the ability to drive activity.
• Goal orientated, competitive, ambitious, and persuasive.
• Excellent organizational and follow-through skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
