Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide outstanding Customer Service
- Answer multi-phone
- Accurately process incoming and out-going garments with attention to detail
- Promote a positive customer experience with every visit by maintaining a clean, and welcoming environment
- Resolve issues a customer may have about a garment or order.

- Organized and attentive to details
- Ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines
- Possess patience and empathy
- Enjoy working in a fun, fast paced work environment
- Customer Service / Cash handling experience is not required, but it is preferred
