Wholesale Electric Caribe, a leader in the sale and distribution of electrical materials, is seeking a skilled and experienced IT Manager to oversee the organization’s technology infrastructure and ensure the efficient operation of all IT systems.

The ideal candidate will lead IT projects, maintain network infrastructure, and ensure compliance with governance standards while aligning technology initiatives with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Office 365 Administration: Manage user accounts, licenses, security alerts, and configurations.
• Cloud Services (AWS): Support secure configurations for ERP (Infor Cloudsuite) and backup systems.
• ERP Management: Control user access, screen navigation updates, and process documentation.
• Remote Monitoring (RMM): Monitor company devices, ensure remote support access, and maintain endpoint security.
• Asset Management: Maintain IT inventory, assign equipment, and track device status.
• On-Site Servers: Monitor virtual machines managing telephony, surveillance systems, and ERP print services.
• Team Leadership: Approve schedules, manage time off requests, conduct evaluations, and coordinate training.

Preferred Skills and Knowledge:

• Strong experience with Office 365
• Familiarity with RMM platforms, IT asset management, and remote desktop support
• Ability to lead, train, and manage a small IT team
• High attention to security protocols, documentation, and process improvement

Requirements:

• 3–5+ years of IT management or systems administration experience
• Experience working with cloud environments (AWS preferred)
• Strong organizational and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and cross-department collaboration
• Fluent in English and Spanish (preferred)
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
