Must meet all of the following criteria:
1) Must have one of the combinations:
- A Bachelors degree + 2 years of management experience
- An Associates degree + 4 years of management experience
- 6 years of management experience
2) Minimum 1 years of experience working in the IT industry.
3) Must have worked in an MSP environment.
4) Clean driving record
5) Be able to pass a background check
6) Must live in the Santa Fe/Albuquerque area
Job Description:
As a manager on our leadership team you will work side by side with other managers and with your team that you support. Here are some examples of the duties you’ll be responsible for:
Team Leadership & Coordination
- Morning and evening check-ins to keep the team aligned
- Managing service queues and distributing workload effectively
- Leading weekly team meetings and reviewing ongoing projects/priorities
- Mentoring team members and ensuring performance goals are met
Project & Operational Oversight
- Overseeing project planning, timelines, and resource allocation
- Participating in weekly IT Managers meetings to review deliverables
- Reviewing end-of-month service tickets for billing accuracy
Talent & Culture Development
- Hiring, onboarding, and training new IT team members
- Managing PTO schedules for direct reports
- Contributing to company development initiatives and culture-building
This is a full time position with a 90 day probation period.
