Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and skilled Web Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital design, interaction design, and usability, with a passion for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence through innovative web solutions that meet the needs of our clients and users.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging and responsive websites that align with client requirements and brand identity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features and functionality.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Maintain and update existing websites to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Utilize SEO best practices to enhance website visibility and traffic.
• Implement web accessibility standards to ensure inclusivity for all users.
• Work with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Drupal, or similar platforms.
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies related to web design and development.

Requirements

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and front-end development frameworks such as Bootstrap or Angular.
• Strong skills in graphic design using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and other design tools like Figma or Sketch.
• Experience with motion graphics and visual design principles.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and website maintenance best practices.
• Knowledge of data analysis tools like Google Analytics 360 or Adobe Analytics for tracking website performance.
• Understanding of UX/UI principles to create intuitive user experiences.
• Ability to conduct user research and apply findings to improve web interfaces.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git for collaborative projects.
• Familiarity with programming languages like Python or SQL is a plus but not mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
