Onsite Systems Administrator

Our successful Systems Administrator will:
- Perform system administration tasks including user and group administration, security permissions, group policies, print services, event log monitoring, resource monitoring, and ensuring on‑premises and cloud-based system architecture components work together seamlessly, including cloud SaaS platforms.
- Administer and support Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, including user provisioning and deprovisioning, role-based access, authentication, and access controls across on‑premises and cloud environments.
- Support and manage Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions to enforce device security policies, application management, compliance, and secure access to corporate resources.
- Manage inventory processes to ensure all hardware, software, cloud subscriptions, and licensed SaaS applications are accurately documented and maintained.
- Collaborate with the help desk and other teams to troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and provide technical support for on‑premises, cloud, identity, and endpoint management systems.
- Train end users as needed on IT systems, cloud services, identity and security practices, and organizational IT processes and policies.
- Participate in after-hours and weekend on-call rotation as scheduled.
- Assist with other duties as assigned by management.
Our Systems Administrator will have:
- An Associate’s degree from a two-year college or technical school and/or two years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Exposure to cloud SaaS platforms, including but not limited to Microsoft Azure.
- An understanding of the fundamentals of Identity and Access Management (IAM).
- An understanding of Microsoft application management and applications.
- Enjoyment of continual problem identification and solution development in a fast-paced environment.
- The ability to be relied upon by others as a subject matter expert in your field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, expressed in a factual, professional, and sincere manner.
- High standards for organization, time management, and attention to detail.
