Job Title: Survey Drafter

Job Description

We are seeking a Survey Drafter to join our team and assist with the design of land development and public works projects. This is a desk job requiring proficiency in CAD/Civil 3D, with no field work involved. Projects range from municipal infrastructure such as bridges, building and facility sites, roadways, and streetscapes, to residential and commercial developments in urban and suburban areas.

Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain survey records, maps, and reports.
Analyze survey data and create detailed drawings using CAD software.
Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure accurate surveying for projects.
Provide guidance and support to field crews during surveying operations.

Essential Skills

Experience as a CAD Technician with a focus on survey drafting.
Proficiency in AutoCAD.
Knowledge of Civil 3D.
Experience with survey software and land surveying.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Familiarity with Microstation Software.
Experience with Open Roads Software.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $30.00/hr.
