Overview
We are hiring entry-level manual QA testers to help test websites, web apps, and content management systems (CMS). You will work directly with our development and support teams to ensure functionality, accuracy, and performance of our client-facing products.

Duties

• Perform manual testing of websites and web applications
• Report bugs and issues in a clear and organized manner
• Follow test plans and document test results
• Collaborate with developers and project managers
• Perform basic cross-browser and mobile device testing
• Participate in regular team meetings and updates

Requirements:

• No prior QA or testing experience required
• Attention to detail and strong communication skills
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Basic computer literacy (email, browser, Google Docs, etc.)

Preferred (but not required):

• Basic understanding of websites or how web apps work
• Familiarity with task trackers like Trello, Notion, or Jira

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $26.11 - $29.15 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
