Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Lawn Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and managing pest issues in residential and commercial properties. You will utilize your skills in Lawn Care, sales, and customer service to ensure a pest-free environment for our clients while promoting our services effectively.

Duties

• Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest infestations and determine appropriate treatment plans.
• Apply pesticides and other treatments safely and effectively, following all regulations and safety protocols.
• Educate clients on pest prevention techniques and the importance of regular maintenance services.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed, including treatments applied and any follow-up actions required.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Utilize power tools and hand tools as necessary for various pest control tasks.
• Stay informed about new pest control methods, products, and regulations to provide the best service possible.

Skills

• Strong sales skills with the ability to drive business growth through effective customer interactions.
• Experience in pest control or related fields such as farm management or landscaping is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in using power tools, hand tools, and farm machinery relevant to pest control tasks.
• Knowledge of lawn care practices is a plus, enhancing your ability to provide comprehensive services.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively educate clients about pest management solutions.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to address unique pest challenges encountered on the job.
