What You’ll Do

Design and build complete websites, landing pages, and microsites using platforms like Wix, WordPress, Shopify, and Squarespace.

• Manage ongoing website maintenance, performance optimization, and basic analytics/reporting.
• Execute SEO-conscious copywriting and site structure planning.
• Set up and manage domains, email accounts, and basic integrations (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console).
• Collaborate with clients, internal marketers, and graphic designers to deliver creative, effective digital solutions.
• Present concepts, wireframes, and final drafts directly to clients, gather feedback, and iterate as needed.
• Contribute ideas, solve problems proactively, and bring a can-do attitude to every project.

What We’re Looking For

• A creative thinker with a strong eye for design and UX/UI best practices.
• Proficiency with platforms like Wix, WordPress, Shopify, and Squarespace.
• Experience using Adobe XD (or similar tools); Photoshop and basic graphic editing skills are a plus.
• Strong understanding of HTML/CSS (bonus: JavaScript or custom coding experience).
• Comfort working with third-party tools like GoDaddy, Google Workspace, and hosting providers.
• Confidence presenting work, gathering client feedback, and translating ideas into web-ready solutions.
• A collaborative spirit who works well with marketing teams and values constructive input.
• Problem-solver with a positive attitude who genuinely wants to help small and growing businesses succeed.

Bonus Traits

• Prior agency experience
• Experience with SEO tools and best practices
• Working knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo)
