The Position:

- Working either individually or as a team to clean houses for our clients.

- Performing Move Out Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, Recurring House Cleaning. Focusing on areas such as bathrooms, kitchen, living room, bedrooms. Your job is to make sure the client is happy with their house clean by going over each area with them and showing off your hard work

- Providing a high level of service. Our company is all about service and we do everything we can to treat our clients like gold.

- We specialize in providing a very high level of service to our clients. We are looking for people who are friendly and detail-oriented while still efficient, who take pride in their work.

- As you clean the house you will be taking before and after photos of your work to really showcase your cleaning skills

Who You Are:

- Don't have experience but you are willing to be trained? You're welcome to apply. If you want to work hard and make a GREAT INCOME you belong here.

- You must be comfortable driving to your jobs as this position does require you to travel to our client’s homes that need cleaning

- Experience either working for another Cleaning Company or if you have your own cleaning business but need more work.

- You must be hard working, and hungry for the chance to improve your life, working for a company that wants you to succeed!- Communication is the biggest skill we are looking for! Do you respond to important texts about work, do you pick up the phone when you receive a call, are you on time for your meetings and jobs?

- People Skills, house cleaning is much more than just cleaning. This position will require you to interact with customers and put on a show! Greet them with a warm smile and show them that you are truly a PROFESSIONAL House Cleaner

Compensation:

We pay on a per job basis and not an hourly rate. This is because every cleaning job is different, depending on size of the home, what type of clean it is, how dirty is the home?

That is the reason why our cleaners love working with us, because if the job is a lot of work you should be paid more for the extra work

Our team makes anywhere from $30-$40 per hour, we have not had anyone make under this amount

Tips are common in the House Cleaning industry, customers may give you cash or Venmo tips after your job is done

Bonus Structure to earn extra cash for each job
