Are you a hands-on IT professional with a passion for leadership and systems management? We're seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee our organization’s technology infrastructure and provide escalated technical support, all while aligning IT services with business goals.

Summary

The Information Technology (IT) Manager is responsible for overseeing and maintaining all IT systems across the organization, including workstations, servers, and LAN infrastructure. This role ensures reliable IT operations by supporting the organization's hardware, software, and voice/data network solutions.

Key responsibilities include the procurement, installation, and life-cycle management of PCs, servers, and network equipment. The IT Manager also provides hands-on, escalated support for complex hardware, software, and connectivity issues.

In addition, this role serves as the primary liaison between the IT department and the company's operational, business, and functional units—ensuring effective communication and alignment with organizational needs. All duties are performed in accordance with established IT policies, procedures, and compliance standards.

We are seeking an experienced Information Technology Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure and supporting the technological needs of our diverse companies located across the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all IT operations including workstations, servers, and LAN systems
  • Travel regionally as needed to support company sites
  • Lead hardware/software procurement, installation, and lifecycle management
  • Ensure systems security, compliance, and backup integrity
  • Serve as liaison between IT and all departments to meet evolving tech needs
  • Manage vendors and support IT initiatives across multiple locations
  • Deliver training and tech onboarding for new team members

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
  • 3–5 years of IT experience; certifications like CompTIA, Microsoft, or Cisco a plus
  • Strong knowledge of server management, particularly Windows Server environments.
  • Experience with vendor management and contract negotiations.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies is preferred but not required.
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and project management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and other relevant software applications.
  • Experience supporting business-critical systems and managing helpdesk escalations
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift 30–50 lbs regularly
  • Willingness to travel 25–35%, including to remote areas
  • Must be able to work under pressure during peak periods

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
