Overview
Our client, a growing software development firm, is seeking a talented UX/UI
Designer to join their team. This is a key role for someone who can design the look
and feel of web-based software, translating written requirements and client
feedback into intuitive, user-friendly digital experiences.

About the Role
You’ll be responsible for creating software interfaces that balance functionality and
aesthetics while ensuring ease of use. This position requires strong UX strategy,
refined UI design skills, and the ability to collaborate directly with clients to turn
their ideas into polished products.

Responsibilities

• Design user experiences and visual interfaces for web-based software and applications
• Translate written requirements and abstract concepts into wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs.
• Conduct UX research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI component libraries
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Iterate on designs based on user testing, analytics, and client feedback.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably with web-based software or SaaS platforms.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design for complex applications (applications without a portfolio will not be considered).
• Proven ability to translate client requirements into intuitive, accessible, and visually refined designs.
• Proficiency with modern design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Experience designing responsive, accessible interfaces across devices.
• Strong understanding of UX research methods and usability testing.
• Excellent communication skills for working with both clients and development teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building and maintaining design systems and component libraries.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JS) to better collaborate with engineers.
• Previous agency or multi-client project experience.
