About the Role

We are seeking a Business Systems / ERP Administrator to take ownership of our ERP environment and support day‑to‑day business systems across the organization. This role combines ERP administration, process optimization, and onsite Level 1 & 2 support in a hands‑on, user‑facing capacity.

This is a highly visible position ideal for someone who enjoys being embedded in the business, improving systems, and supporting teams across operations, supply chain, production, and finance.

What You Will Do

ERP Administration & Ownership

  • Serve as the primary administrator and functional owner of the ERP system.
  • Manage configuration, master data governance, user access, security roles, and workflow maintenance.
  • Act as the main point of contact for ERP questions, issues, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
  • Ensure system setup supports business processes, internal controls, and consistent usage.
  • Support continuous improvement and system stabilization following upgrades or changes.

Business Process & Operational Support

  • Support core business processes such as production, inventory, procurement, and finance workflows.
  • Analyze current processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, or misalignments with ERP usage.
  • Translate business needs into system configuration or enhancement requests.
  • Support functional testing, validation, and readiness activities for new features or changes.
  • Assist with reporting, dashboards, and maintaining data accuracy.

Level 1 & 2 IT & User Support (Onsite)

  • Provide day‑to‑day support for ERP users, business applications, and core systems.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, access, and device issues (laptops, desktops, peripherals).
  • Support new‑hire onboarding, device setup, and access provisioning.
  • Coordinate with external IT service providers for infrastructure‑related needs (networking, servers, security).

Governance, Documentation & Vendor Coordination

  • Coordinate with ERP vendors, software partners, and external IT providers.
  • Support access reviews, audit documentation, and segregation‑of‑duties requirements.
  • Maintain system documentation, SOPs, process maps, and user training materials.
  • Assist with analytics and reporting through ERP-connected tools.

What You Bring

Required

  • 5+ years of experience in ERP administration, business systems support, or systems analysis.
  • Hands‑on experience supporting an ERP system in an operational or production‑oriented environment.
  • Experience providing Level 1 & 2 user support onsite.
  • Strong understanding of operational workflows (production, supply chain, procurement, finance).
  • Ability to troubleshoot system and application issues with end users.
  • Strong communication, documentation, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently as the primary systems owner.

Preferred

  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or similar platforms.
  • Experience in environments with manufacturing, industrial, or operational workflows.
  • Familiarity with:
  • Power BI
  • Power Automate
  • Power Apps
  • Basic knowledge of networking or server environments.
  • Prior participation in an ERP implementation, migration, or major upgrade.
  • Experience working with ERP implementation partners or managed service providers.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
