Senior UX Designer – Hybrid (Austin, TX)
Duration: Long-term
We’re seeking a Senior UX Designer (local candidates only) to support the Education Agency. The role involves leading UX/UI efforts, creating user-focused designs, and collaborating with product teams to improve education technology solutions.
Requirements:
- 8+ yrs UX/UI, digital design, or related field
- Strong skills in wireframes, mockups, prototypes (Figma or similar)
- Experience with user research & usability testing
- Knowledge of federal accessibility guidelines
- Excellent communication & collaboration skills
- Preferred: Jira, state or local education agency experience
- Schedule: Hybrid (80–100% remote) | Mon–Fri, 8–5 CST
