We are a fast-growing digital marketing agency based in Lake Worth Beach. We are hiring an In-House Developer to work on the internal systems that power our company. This role is API-heavy and focused on maintaining and expanding internal integrations, services, and infrastructure.

• The Commute: You must be able to reliably commute to our office in Lake Worth Beach, FL.
• API Mastery: High-level experience with REST, webhooks, and authentication. You’ll be connecting our internal tools with a variety of external marketing platforms.
• Backend Depth: You have the experience to build and manage the core logic of our services.
• End-to-End Thinking: You can take a business goal and map out the entire technical architecture yourself.
• Clean Coding: We believe in clean, readable code and thorough documentation.

Daily Overview: What You’ll Actually Do

• Architect Integrations: Map out and build robust connections between marketing APIs and our internal databases.
• Optimize Workflows: Refine our lead-processing engines to ensure zero data loss and lightning-fast delivery.
• Audit & Refine: Review existing backend systems for performance bottlenecks or security gaps.
• Collaborate: Sit down with our marketing leads to turn a "What if we could..." idea into a functioning tool.
• Documentation: Maintain the "source of truth" for our systems so we can scale without breaking.

Nice to Have

• Experience with CRM, marketing, or analytics integrations
• Automation or data pipeline experience
• Experience in scaling or high-growth environments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $61,616.15 - $74,204.39 per year
