Full-Time Condo Inspector

As a Full-Time Condo Inspector, you will be responsible for inspecting condos to identify and report any housekeeping or maintenance issues before guest arrivals. You'll work closely with the Operations Team, providing real-time feedback and contributing to our high standards of service and cleanliness. Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect interior of condos for cleanliness and maintenance issues.
• Provide live feedback to the Operations Team during inspections.
• Perform light housekeeping duties as needed.
• Maintain high standards for condo owners and ensure issues are resolved promptly.
• Participate in special projects as required.
• Multitask and manage time effectively in a busy team environment.
• Communicate clearly and maintain integrity in all tasks.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or higher.
• Valid HI Driver's License.
• Available to work weekends (40 hours per week, 9 AM to 5:30 PM).
• Strong multitasking, time management, and organizational skills.
• Well-groomed and professional appearance.
• Exceptional work ethic.
