Your Role:

• Create a concierge-level first impression – greet every guest graciously, manage door flow, and maintain a polished, welcoming presence.
• Secure people, product, and property – discreetly observe sales floors, fitting rooms, and stock areas; deter theft without disrupting genuine shoppers.
• Respond professionally – address alarms, medical situations, or disorderly conduct swiftly and calmly, following AG and client protocols.
• Document accurately – complete concise incident and daily activity reports for store and corporate follow-up.
• Collaborate with store teams – coordinate VIP visits, crowd control for product launches, and lock-up procedures.
• Represent the brand – impeccable uniform, posture, and communication that reflect a luxury retail environment.

Qualifications:

• Valid NYS Security Guard License plus current 8-hour and 16-hour certificates.
• Minimum six months of security, boutique hospitality, or luxury retail experience.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to stand/patrol for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs. when necessary.
• Reliable availability for weekends, holidays, and occasional late-night store events.
• High-school diploma or GED; additional loss-prevention or customer-service training is a plus.
