ABOUT THE JOB

Are you seeking a fulfilling sales career where you can positively impact children's lives from the comfort of your home office? Join us as a Booking Agent for The NED Shows! In this role, you will serve as an inside phone sales ambassador, collaborating with elementary schools across North America, Australia, New Zealand, and the UK. Our agents successfully sell and schedule 7-10 NED school assembly programs weekly, bringing our uplifting message to 6,000 schools each year.

As a Booking Agent, you will be assigned exclusive geographic territories for scheduling. This position requires you to work independently, making organization and self-motivation essential. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to self-manage are crucial to thrive in our team environment, which emphasizes kindness, positivity, and personal achievement—core values reflected in our assemblies. With 30 years of experience, we offer full-time employment with ongoing training in a stable and expanding company. The base wage ranges from $17 to $20 per hour, depending on experience. This role features a competitive commission structure based on sales performance, with top earners making between $60,000 and $75,000. Additional benefits include 8 paid holidays, PTO accrual, 401K, and health insurance options. Booking Agents work 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday, with specific shifts varying by season and assignment. International calling hours may differ. Work from your home office with company-provided equipment. High speed internet is required. We are a tobacco, smoke and drug free workplace.

Qualifications

- Proven inside sales experience – 3 years or more

- Strong track record of exceeding quotas

- Excellent phone presence, with experience making high outbound calls daily

- Experience working with CRMs

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

- Strong listening and presentation abilities

- Capacity to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
