Interview: ONSITE
Required Pay Scale: 35-45/hr on W2

We are hiring a Mid-Level Data Analyst to support a Customer Experience eCommerce initiative focused on delivering consistent, data-driven insights. This role requires someone who goes beyond reporting — strong analytical thinking, statistical modeling exposure, and the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.

- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities
- Build analytical insights using regression, predictive modeling, ML concepts, or causal inference
- Develop clear dashboards and visualizations in Power BI
- Present data-driven recommendations to business and technical stakeholders
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve data quality and processes
- Python
- SQL
- Exploratory Data Analysis
- Statistical modeling (Regression / Predictive Modeling / Machine Learning / Causal Inference)
- Power BI
- Project: Customer Experience / eCommerce Analytics
- Strong communication, strategic thinking, and adaptability required
- Candidates must be open to converting to FTE if offered
