• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports tailored to business needs
• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, clean, and transform ERP and external data
• Take ownership of the data environment within your assigned business area (Sales, Corporate, or Operations/Logistics)
• Lead ongoing data cleanup, quality initiatives, and process improvements
• Manage any external software or BI tools used by your assigned domain
• Collaborate closely with business users to understand challenges and deliver actionable insights
• Build strong working relationships across departments, from the office to the manufacturing floor
• Document data models, definitions, and reporting logic for transparency, consistency, and maintainability
• Support other IT initiatives outside of the realm of Power BI from time to time as business dictates.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field
• Proficiency in SQL (Oracle experience preferred)
• Proficiency in Power BI (or similar tools such as Tableau)
• Familiarity with data ETL process (Extract, Transform, Load)
• Familiarity with data modeling/best practices
• Effective communicator who can work with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Familiarity with ERP systems or experience in a manufacturing/supply chain environment is a plus
