Position Overview

Are you an action oriented technical leader who thrives on providing rock-solid complex internal information systems? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Services Manager to lead a high-performing team responsible for delivering innovative technical solutions and maintaining critical information systems. This role is pivotal in driving architectural reviews, strategic development, and operational support across our enterprise platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead architecture reviews and provide technical guidance for internal innovation initiatives.

· Oversee the design, development, and testing of strategic projects including ERP, dashboards, and workflow tools.

· Manage IT service requests and ensure timely resolution of system issues.

· Coordinate planned and unplanned system events, including updates, outages, and hardware failures.

· Oversee systems security execution including threat monitoring, incident response, and compliance enforcement.

· Support internal departments with atypical technical solutions and cross-functional collaboration.

· Ensure alignment with company policies, procedures, and employment contracts.

Qualifications:

· A systems thinker who can diagnose and solve problems

· Experienced IT leader with a wide breadth of industry knowledge in cloud hosting and security

· A fast learned who likes the changing nature of information technology

· A team manager who enjoys leading and growing team members
