We are seeking someone who can be put into the remote job site immediately!

• We seek someone who will manage / organize our Backend, Will do MUCH debugging as well as implement fixes, Start - Finish projects.
• Someone who has a general understanding or knowledge of "shipping" domestic imports / exports, Someone with a general knowledge of USPS, Fedex & UPS (Previous work experience NOT REQUIRED)

Duties would start as soon as HIRE DATE

This company has roots of a startup with a solid foundation, In terms of Job Security this position will be OPEN LONG TERM (No contract)

Most Importantly :

We need someone who UNDERSTANDS - Python, Node.js, MongoDB, Frontend, Javascript, HTML, API Integration, Security, Workers / Queue's, Storage, PDFmerger

Secondary :

Puppeteer / Playwright PDF, SQLite, Data, Compliance Sense

This JOB is flexible with payment terms - Biweekly, Weekly, Monthly

Our Structure of payments work as follows;

Availability for Debugging / Projects /Duties from 8AM - 8PM EST

These are NOT the hours of WORK but hours of given availability, If you are needed for a project or any diagnoses of problems and are not AVAILABLE within time frame COMMUNICATION IS NEEDED AND IS IMPORTANT.

The structure of this JOB LISTING is different from TRADITIONAL JOBS, Your pay is CONSISTENT @ $3,500 PER MONTH @ 20 HOURS PER WEEK (Any week higher then set 20 hour CAP will be paid OVERTIME)

REGARDLESS OF ACHIEVING 20 HOUR WEEKLY CAP YOUR SALARY IS CONSISTENT @ $3,500 - What determines your SECURITY in this job is AVAILABILITY!

Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize backend systems, APIs, and database structures
• Manage frontend UI/UX, ensuring smooth performance and usability
• Oversee project organization, task management, and technical priorities
• Conduct security audits and implement best practices for protecting data
• Troubleshoot, debug, and fix system issues quickly and effectively
• Collaborate with management to identify upcoming technical needs and deliver solutions
• Provide documentation and clear communication for ongoing projects

Qualifications

• Strong experience with modern backend frameworks (Node.js, Express, MongoDB, etc.)
• Solid frontend experience (React, Vue, or similar frameworks)
• Knowledge of system security, server optimization, and best practices
• Experience with debugging and troubleshooting complex technical issues
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Strong problem-solving mindset and proactive communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
